Clean hotel with a gorgeous design and absolutely gorgeous views, it has a marvellous location so close to Toranomon Hills, near the Tokyo Tower and the fish market as well as 3 rain / subway lines. I've had an excellent stay on a business trip.

I was delighted with my stay at this truly fantastic hotel. The service was exceptional, the rooms were spotless and spacious, and the bathtub was huge. I loved the complimentary soft drinks and snacks, as well as the delicious breakfast buffet. The views from the hotel were amazing, and the location was perfect. The friendly staff made me feel welcome throughout my stay. I highly recommend this hotel and can't wait to return.

andaz tokyo exceeded my expectations during this long term stay. the room had great views, a large bath, and a helpful concierge who arranged a japanese cooking class. the pool and spa facilities were fantastic, and every meal we had in the hotel was fantastic. the location was central and convenient for shopping and exploring.

Breakfast ended too early.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The transportation options were convenient, with easy access to the wardrobe/luggage area. The location provided stunning views of the city, and we could just sit and stare out the window, admiring the city from above. The hotel's proximity to Ginza was a huge advantage, as it was only a few minutes away. The breakfast served was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

This hotel in Tokyo's financial district is a great value for money. The attention to detail and the modern, clean rooms on the floors below the lobby are impressive. The location is also convenient, with easy access to the subway and close proximity to the commercial district.

Fantastic hotel stay! The elevator to the 50th floor for check-in was amazing. Our room on the 47th floor had a great view, clean and had a huge bathtub. The restaurant on the 50th floor had delicious food. The staff was welcoming and very helpful. The location was convenient with a nearby metro station.

The view on the Tokyo Skytree was breathtaking. We enjoyed the height of our room, which allowed us to fully appreciate the cityscape. The buffet breakfast at The Tavern offered a delicious spread with a stunning view. The wooden furniture added a special atmosphere to our room, making it cozy and inviting. The professional and welcoming staff made our stay even more enjoyable.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The room facilities were excellent and always kept clean and refreshed by the room service staff. The breakfast was of high quality and the spa services were fantastic, especially the massage. The staff were caring and polite, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The view from my room was amazing, adding to the overall experience.

The only thing that could have improved the breakfast selection was a wider variety of choices.
