The hotel’s location was fantastic, placing us

within easy reach of both Roppongi and Ginza. The views from our room were stunning, especially from the lobby on the 51st floor. However, the elevator situation was sometimes inconvenient, as you have to change elevators to get to your room.

I loved soaking in the amazing pool and unwinding at the spa during my stay. The relaxing atmosphere was just what I needed after a long day, with a facial and a full body massage hitting the spot. The only minor downside was the tricky elevator system, but it didn’t put a damper on my experience at all! 🌟

Our family enjoyed a 3-night stay with stunning views of Tokyo Tower from our room. The check-in experience was a lovely touch, and breakfast included various delicious items. However, the dinner options at The Tavern lacked variety. Consider exploring nearby eateries for more choices.

Exceptional service and a breathtaking view from the 51st floor lobby set the tone for a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet offered delicious options, including classic American dishes that hit the spot. However, the mid-century modern aesthetic, while great for photos, felt somewhat motel-like in reality, and the spa amenities could use more attention for an optimal experience.

Recommend it for a group of friends

The view from my room was incredible! We were on the 50th floor, looking out over the skyline, and man, it was absolutely stunning. Plus, the lounge had this happy hour with free drinks and snacks that really hit the spot after a long day.

Sure, it wasn't exactly cheap! but, for what we got, it was still acceptable.

It was just a strong match for a weekend pause in Tokyo with definitely value for money. The pool is one of the best I've ever experienced. Make sure to check out the rooftop bar for great views.

Kids had to be accompanied to the pool, which could be a hassle. Overall, it’s the exceptional spa that stands out along with the atmosphere. Definitely a mix of luxury and comfort, but there's room for improvement on service times and menu variety.
